Recipe: Chitkabra Rajma Usal (Gravy) Ingredients: - 1 cup Chitkabra Rajma
- ˝ cup tomato puree
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp rajma masala
- Finely chopped onion & coriander for garnishing
- Asafoetida, salt & red chilli powder for taste
Method: Boil Chitkabra Rajma. Heat oil in a kadai, add Asafoetida, salt & red chilli. Add onion and fry till golden grown. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and cook for a while. Add garam masala and rajma masala. Now add rajma, cover kadai and cook for 15min. Serve hot with coriander garnishing. |
