Recipe: Chhole Ingredients: - 1 cup Kabuli Chana
- ˝ cup tomato puree
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp chhole masala
- Finely chopped onion & coriander for garnishing
- Asafoetida, salt & red chilli powder for taste
Method: Boil Kabuli Chana. Heat oil in a kadai, add Asafoetida, salt & red chilli. Add onion and fry till golden grown. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and cook for a while. Add garam masala and chhole masala. Now add chana, cover kadai and cook for 15min. Serve hot with coriander garnishing. |
