Recipe: Mango Pickle Ingredients: - ˝ kg raw mangoes
- Salt
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric
- Pickle masala
- Mustard oil
- Asafoetida
Method: Cut raw mangoes into small pieces. Apply salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and pickle masala. Keep aside for some time. Heat mustard oil and add Asafoetida. Let the oil cool and then add the raw mango pieces. Pour the mixture in an airtight jar and set aside for 30 months. |
