Shankapushpi is one of Ayurveda's greatest tonic for the mind. It is a purifying and strengthening flower that concentrates its cooling and calming energy upon the brain. Due to its powerful balancing and calming effects, Shankapushpi is used in Ayurveda to treat a wide variety of mental and emotional conditions and syndromes such as hypertension, hypotension, anxiety, depression, neurosis, stress and many more.
Shankapushpi stimulates the circulation of blood to the brain and simultaneously reduces inflammation and relieves tension.
