Narayana Taila is an Ayurvedic oil (Thailam). It is used for many neuro- muscular and skeleto-muscular conditions, such as arthritis, neuralgia etc. It is one of the most widely used Ayurvedic oils.
Narayana Oil uses:
It is useful to relieve aches and pains due to travelling.
It is useful to improve bone strength in osteoporosis and arthritis.
It is useful in joint disorders like Osteo arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar and cervical spondylosis, gout.
It is helpful in locked jaw and toothache.
It also helps to relieve testicular pain, on massage.
How to use Narayana Thailam? Apply to affected parts of the body 1 to 2 times per day. Heat up or warm gently in your hands and apply liberally as a massage oil. Allow to absorb into your skin for at least half an hour. Wash off if required after use.

Vacha – Acorus calamus
