It is used for massage. - Ingredients and How to make Rasa Tailam:
- 4.8 kg of goat limbs is taken, its hairs and skin is removed, chopped into small pieces.
- It is added with 76.8 liters of water, boiled and reduced to 1.92 liters. Filtered.
- Bala (sida cordifolia) herb is ground and made into paste. 1.2 kg of this paste is taken.
- The goat limb water decoction and Bala paste is added with 3.72 kg of Sesame oil and 14.88 liters of cow milk.
- Medicated oil is prepared and filtered.
This oil is meant for external application. But some manufacturers prepare Capsule made of this oil, which is used for oral administration. ***************
