Saunf Foeniculum vulgare Fennel seeds
Senna Cassia angustifolia Indian senna Leaf
Souvarchal Black salt
Shunthi and Saunf help to stimulate agni, Haritaki and Senna exert laxative action, Souvarchal i.e. black salt improves secretion of digestive juices.
This is how all the five ingredients together, help in stimulating the digestive functions. This composition also helps improving the general feeling of wellbeing. It works well especially in flatulence associated with ama (samavayu).
