| Dabur Sitopaladi Churna
Sitopaladi Churna is a traditional ayurvedic formula for the relief of upper respiratory congestion and bronchial conditions. It clears and opens the airways in conditions of asthma, wheezing, and hay fever. Sitopaladi's expectorant and lubricating action helps clear congestion (kapha) and soothe the delicate membranes of the lungs and throat. Taken with a teaspoon of honey it is useful for sore throat and irritating dry coughs.
Taken in spring as part of a seasonal regime Sitopaladi Churna helps detoxify by clearing any excess kapha that has accumulated through the winter months.
Ingredients: Bambusa arundinacea, Piper longum, Elettaria cardamomum, Cinnamomum zeylanicum.
Recommended Dosage: 3 to 5 gm (˝ to 1 teaspoonful) of Dabur Sitopaladi Churna twice a day with honey.
