This was the first time I'd ordered from I.A., and I just want to say what a great experience it was. I placed my order Thursday afternoon and it arrived on Monday morning. Even more incredible was that I didn't have to pay extra for shipping. The customer service was fantastic and I am thrilled with my Shirodhara pot. I will definitely be telling my friends, and I will order again from here soon!
